RESCUED!

One year ago today we finally left the orphanage for good.

TODAY.

Blossoming.

Flourishing.

Loved beyond description.

Treasured.

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for these beautiful gifts you have given us.

No words can express our thankfulness that these two girls are ours.

Thank you, Line-Marie, for the cutest little handmade dresses.

Awww so precious! Makes me think of the song Amazing Grace (My Chains are Gone) by Chris Tomlin. What a miracle that God called Hailee AND Harper into the redemption of a forever family…. Love you!!

Congratulations! It’s amazing what love will do for someone. They are like beautiful butterflies just released from their cocoons, a beautiful transformation.

    Are they actual sisters?

Thanks for updating us and letting us into your lives.

    Look at Hailee’s smile!!

We often see Harper smiling on this blog but Hailee’s is a real treat. Cannot believe the growth compared to the year ago photo.

It seems like SO MUCH longer ago than just a year. I feel like the girls have been a part of your family forever as I’m sure you do too. I can still rememer skyping you and Anthony while the girls slept in your apartment over there. Wow! Such memories!

I looked very closely at the picture of you in the ss shirt and STILL couldn’t see ‘anything’….waiting patiently for the big reveal!
